Fliariasis

Hi, my dear students...

Today, we have learnt another types of vector borne diseases which is FILARIASIS. This disease can lead to physical abnormality for example: elephantiasis, hydrocele, blindness, milky urine and etc..

  

From the clinical manifestations, identify:

a) Nursing management for client with filariasis that focus on:

   i)   treatment
   ii)  activity
   iii) diet
   iv) skin care
   v)  self-care
   vi) prevention/control of diseases
   vii) Follow up
